OffloadX Refund Policy – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
How the OffloadX Refund Policy Works for All Paid Plans
The OffloadX refund policy covers all paid plans including Starter, Pro, Business, and Agency. Our refund policy is simple: if you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, you get a full refund. This refund policy applies to all first-time purchases made on offloadx.com. To request a refund under this refund policy, email [email protected] with your order number. Our refund policy does not require you to justify your request — if you are within 30 days, the refund is guaranteed. The OffloadX refund policy is designed to give you complete confidence when purchasing any plan.
Our refund policy is backed by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. Under this refund policy, approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The OffloadX refund policy covers annual and monthly plans equally for first-time purchases. Renewal charges fall outside the standard refund policy window but may be considered within 48 hours of renewal at our discretion. Read the full refund policy sections above for complete details on eligibility.
For more information related to our refund policy, visit our pricing page, review our privacy policy, or read our blog. Our refund policy follows standards recommended by WordPress.org plugin guidelines and is processed through Paddle's refund framework.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is simple: if OffloadX did not work as described, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will process your refund within 14 days. One window. One rule. No exceptions.

1 The 7-Day Rule — How It Works
Every purchase — whether a new subscription or a renewal — is covered by the same single rule:
- You must submit your refund request within 7 days of the charge date.
- If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days of our approval.
- Requests received after 7 days will be automatically declined — no exceptions, regardless of reason.
2 Qualifying Reasons
Submitting within 7 days is necessary but not sufficient on its own. Your request must include a specific, genuine reason. We evaluate every request individually. Refunds are granted where one or more of the following applies:
- Technical failure: The plugin failed to function as described in the documentation and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Incompatibility: The plugin is fundamentally incompatible with your hosting environment or WordPress configuration and no workaround exists.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same plan in error.
- Misrepresentation: A specific feature advertised on our website does not exist or does not work as described, and this materially affects your use case.
We reserve the right to review offload activity logs associated with your licence key. Requests submitted after significant plugin usage will not qualify regardless of when they are submitted.
3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at:
- Email: [email protected]
- Subject line: "Refund Request — [your order number or email]"
Your request must include:
- The email address used for purchase
- Your order number or Paddle receipt number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- The date you were charged
- A clear description of the specific problem you encountered and what steps you took to resolve it
- Confirmation that you contacted support before requesting a refund (where the issue is technical)
Requests missing required information or lacking a specific reason will be asked to clarify before anything is processed. This may affect whether your request falls within the 7-day window, so submit promptly and completely.
4 Refund Processing
Once your request is approved:
- We will confirm approval by email
- The refund will be issued through Paddle, our payment processor, within 14 days of approval
- Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we issue the refund, depending on your bank or card issuer
- You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle when the refund is issued
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. We have no control over how quickly your bank processes the return.
5 Renewals
Renewals follow the same 7-day rule as new purchases. We send a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before each renewal date so you have time to cancel if you no longer need the service.
If you did not intend to renew, the best course of action is to cancel before the renewal date. If you were charged and wish to dispute it, contact us within 7 days of the charge with a clear explanation. Renewal refunds are only considered in cases of clear billing error.
6 Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after the charge date — new purchase or renewal
- Situations where the plugin functioned correctly and was used to offload files
- Change of mind, project cancellation, or switching to a different solution after use
- Failure to test the plugin on a staging environment before offloading your full media library
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, custom code, or hosting configurations outside our documented requirements
- Unused days remaining after cancellation — no pro-rata refunds are issued
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
7 After a Refund
Upon issuing a refund:
- Your licence key will be deactivated immediately
- Premium features will be suspended and your account will revert to the Free tier
- Files already offloaded to your cloud storage are unaffected — they remain in your bucket
- You may continue using the Free tier (up to 50 files) indefinitely
- This refund policy applies once per customer — re-subscribing after a refund is permitted but no further refunds will be granted
