Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with OffloadX. If you're not happy, we offer a straightforward refund process — no awkward questions.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you're not satisfied with OffloadX for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All OffloadX paid plans — Pro (1, 3, or 5 sites) and Agency — come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase a subscription and decide it is not right for you for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases. It does not apply to subscription renewals (see Section 4).


2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at:

  • Email: info@offloadx.com
  • Subject line: "Refund Request — [your order number or email]"

Please include:

  • The email address used for purchase
  • Your order number or Paddle receipt number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • The reason for your refund (optional but helpful for us to improve)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.

No Interrogation We honour our guarantee without requiring you to justify your request. If you're within 30 days and unhappy, you get your money back — it's that simple.

3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Once we approve your request:

  • Paddle will issue the refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle when the refund is issued

We have no control over how quickly your bank processes the return. If you have not seen the refund after 10 business days, please contact your card issuer before contacting us.


4 Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. We send a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before each renewal date so you have time to cancel if you no longer need the service.

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, if you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not actively used the plugin since renewal, we will consider a refund at our discretion. Cancelling before the renewal date is the recommended approach.


5 Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for:

  • Unused days remaining in a subscription period after cancellation
  • Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle
  • Annual subscriptions after the 30-day guarantee window has passed

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period and then downgrades to the Free tier.


6 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases older than 30 days (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
  • Subscription renewals outside the 48-hour window described in Section 4
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • Situations where the plugin was used successfully and the request is based purely on change of mind after 30 days

7 After a Refund

Upon issuing a refund:

  • Your license key will be deactivated immediately
  • Premium features will be suspended and your account will revert to the Free tier
  • Files already offloaded to your cloud storage are unaffected — they remain in your bucket
  • You can continue using the Free tier (up to 50 files) indefinitely

You remain free to re-subscribe at any time. However, the 30-day guarantee applies only once per customer.

Your files are safe Cancelling or getting a refund does not delete your cloud storage. Your media stays in your Cloudflare R2, S3, or other provider bucket — you remain in full control of it.
